Data Deletion Instructions

Arda AI is operated by Arda YILDIZ as a sole proprietorship in San Francisco, California.

This page explains how a user can request deletion of data associated with Arda AI when Arda AI is connected to a Meta product or service.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the relevant Facebook or Meta account settings where connected apps and websites are managed.
  2. Locate Arda AI and remove or disconnect the app.
  3. If Meta presents an option to request deletion of information associated with the app, select that option and submit the request.

Meta may send Arda AI a user data deletion request through its developer systems. After a valid request is received, Arda AI will delete or de-identify data linked to the requesting user that Arda AI controls, subject to any limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

What data may be covered

Depending on which Arda AI features were used, a deletion request may cover identifiers received through Meta, account-connection metadata, and Arda AI service records that are linked to the requesting user and controlled by Arda AI.

WhatsApp and third-party data

Some information may also be held independently by WhatsApp, Meta, a business using Arda AI, or another service provider. Arda AI can only delete data that it controls. Requests concerning data controlled by another party may need to be directed to that party.

The current ardaaihub.com website is a static informational website and does not intentionally collect personal information through forms or user accounts.
